Hiii, I'm Amanda! I've been capturing and creating since 2022. I'm based in Tennessee, but travel worldwide. I'm not just a "sit and smile" photographer. Years from now we won't only want to remember what we looked like when we were perfectly posed, but what we looked like when we laughed with our spouse, danced with our kids, and celebrated with our loved ones. Those are the moments I want to capture.
THE booking PROCESS

the PACKAGES
The first place I refer any potential client to is my pricing and packages page. For me, being transparent and up-front about my prices and what is included in each package is the first step in helping you decide if I fit what you're looking for in a photographer.

the INQUIRY
Once you're ready to connect, you will fill out a short inquiry form. This form helps me understand the vision for your session or wedding, and gives me the opportunity to check my calendar for your available date.
Once I review this information, I will reach out to the number on file to chat and answer any questions that either of us may have, and hopefully get you booked!

the BOOKING
Once all questions are answered, I'll send over a contract for all weddings and elopements. This contract outlines payment schedules, package details, and reassurance that I will show up for you throughout this process the way I say I will. This contract is not only for my protection, but so that you can be confident in who you hired for your big day. Once completed and signed, you will pay your non-refunded retainer to secure your date.

the DAYS leading up
After your contract is signed and your retainer is paid, we will have open communication leading up to your wedding day. If applicable, we will work on getting your engagement session scheduled next. You can count on me to assist in building your timeline, send out payment reminders, and send out a brief checklist leading up to your wedding day to ensure we are both prepared and to make for a seamless, stress-free wedding day.

the WEDDING DAY
Your wedding day will be one of the greatest days of your life. You should be present with your loved ones, not stressing over timelines, poses, or if important moments are being captured. By this time, I should have a firm timeline and all the details I need to confidently show up for you on your wedding day. You've given me the tools I need, now go enjoy your day. Stand beside your new spouse. Hug your family members. Dance with your friends. I will be there. I will be diligent. I will capture it all.
